We ship all our packages through Shiprocket. While a part of the shipping cost is covered by JABRIX, a nominal portion is borne by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A flat shipping charge of ₹100 applies to all COD orders.

All deliveries are managed by our trusted partner Shiprocket.
Tracking information is automatically updated in your JABRIX account and is also sent via WhatsApp and email. Kindly ensure you provide your WhatsApp number when placing your order.

After your order is dispatched, the status will be updated in your Chokhat account.

Estimated Delivery Timeline:
Orders are typically delivered within 5-7 days post-dispatch. However, delivery times may vary based on the destination, and we cannot guarantee a fixed timeline as we depend on our delivery partners.

Return Deliveries
If a COD order is rejected at delivery, the customer will be automatically blacklisted from placing future COD orders.

Our delivery partner will attempt delivery three times. Please ensure that your shipping address, pincode, and mobile number are complete and accurate to facilitate a smooth delivery.
